What I Offer

At R-training, I offer a range of personalized coaching options designed to suit your specific goals and needs, from simple programs to one-on-one training. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so our packages and pricing are customized based on what works best for each individual.

Initial Consultation:

Every client begins with a consultation where I ask targeted questions to understand your goals, abilities, and any relevant information. This process ensures that your program is fully tailored to you.

Customized Programming:

I offer various types of programming based on your goals. Whether you're looking for a 10-week plan, a competition peaking cycle, off-season training, or long-term progression, I can craft the perfect program to match your requirements.

Adaptive Coaching:

Life changes, and so should your program. Whether you're dealing with a stressful week, an injury, or new strengths and weaknesses, we provide adaptive feedback to adjust your training, techniques, and nutrition in real-time, ensuring your progress continues.

Video Analysis:

For the most effective results, especially with key compound lifts, proper technique is critical. Through video analysis, I can evaluate your form, offering detailed feedback to improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and maximize progress.

Weekly Check-ins:

Communication is key. I ask clients to send in weekly updates via email, detailing their workouts, achievements, and any notes on their progress. This allows us to adjust the plan accordingly.

Video Feedback:

If technical adjustments are required, I provide video responses to help you better understand and implement changes to your lifts and exercises.

Phone/Video Conversations

Some clients benefit from real-time discussions. I offer phone and Video consultations for questions, advice, and detailed program explanations.

In-Person Coaching:

For local clients, I offer one-on-one or group training sessions at your gym(provided we get permission from owner) or Kernow Gym. I can also travel to you, with additional costs covered.
