What We Offer

At R-training we have different packages to suit the client, from a basic program right up to one-to-one training. We don't believe with setting standard prices because everyone is different and will want different levels of coaching.
Here is a list of what we have to offer:

Interview - Every client will go through an interview process where a series of questions will be asked to best understand the client’s goals, needs, ability and various measurements and information that will make working with the client completely unique.

Programming - Programming will vary for every single client; some clients will want a standard 10 week program, some a competition peaking program, off-season program or even just a very long term progressive program. We are able to do any style of programming needed to fit the client’s needs.

Adaptive Feedback - In order to get the best out of a program it needs to be adaptable. People’s circumstances change, as do people’s strengths, weaknesses, injuries and other factors that could illicit the need for changes, so we take constant feedback from the clients in order to keep updating their programming/techniques/nutrition. Maybe you have had a really stressful week at work your recovery won’t be as good? We can adapt your programming to allow for the different flows of life.


Video analysis - People can opt for just general programming, but to get the best out of the programming, especially on the most important compound lifts, video analysis is important. This allows us to see what you're doing, analyse it and address technical changes that can be made to the lifts in order to make them more efficient and produce better results for you and your body type. This feedback is important, as progress will be limited if the lifts are done incorrectly and the longer a lift is done incorrectly, the harder it will be to fix in the future. Lifts need to be mechanically correct for each person’s leverages, so you need to use what you have to the best of your abilities

Email Response - Constant communication is important. Each client will be asked to email their training each week, what they achieved and supply any notes they want to add to the exercises and weights. This allows us to see what is and is not working for each client.

Video Response - It is possible that complex or intricate adjustments in technique can be confusing. We can create videos for our clients in order to help them understand and implement these within their program.

Skype calls - Some clients will find that having a chat about things and being able to ask questions on the fly is the best process in helping them understand their program. We offer this via phone or Skype calls.

One-to-One/Groups- If you are local, we can setup one to one or group coaching sessions at your gym or Kernow Gym. We are able to travel to you but will require covering any additional costs.
