Everybody can make use of professional coaching - even elite-level athletes need guidance to ensure they can achieve their full potential.

or you are interested in a strength sport such as powerlifting or strongman, R-training is able to provide coaching for all athletes, from elite level competitors to complete beginners. Every client is provided with programming specifically for their unique needs. We are not all the same, so your training shouldn't be either. Following a cookie-cutter program that is designed for the masses will only get you so far. In order to achieve your full potential you require a carefully formulated program that has been written with you in mind. In order to achieve this, we complete an extensive interview process with each of our clients to make sure we have all the information we need to cater your program to your specific goals.

That’s your training covered, but what about nutrition? The perfect program, tailor-made for you, will not work as effectively if you do not eat correctly. But what does that mean, exactly? How many grams of protein should you consume? How many calories? To perform at your best you need the correct fuel, and if looking better or losing weight is your goal, you can train as hard as you like, but you can’t out-train a poor diet.
